hey fam, the cherry blossoms are just starting to bloom. the new school term starts on april 7th, so work is slow for me, but dan is planning an elective english class for one high school, which means he’s quite busy. the weather is teasing us and bouncing back and forth between early spring and late spring weather. we got a few snow flurries today, yuck. i’m running anxiously to the mailbox everyday but we’re still waiting to hear from 4 more schools. we found whole wheat tortillas and are experimenting with healthy taco-type dinners. tonight was eggplant simmerd in salsa with bean paste and all-natural guacamole. it was good. not much else is new. i realized today that i’m not in touch with american tv shows. i had never heard of “one against a hundred” or whatever that game show is called. i am however on top of all the tv shows that dan thinks he might like and downloads. dollhouse is turning out to be pretty fun.
hope everything is going well with you all. i can’t believe we’re coming home in 4 months!
